Approachable, well mannered, friendly and helpful are just a few of the qualities you will need as a Campsite Courier or a Courier Couple.  However your main focus will be ensuring that our customers return home having had ‘the best holiday they have ever had'.

So how are you going to achieve this? Your duties will mainly involve cleaning customer accommodation for their arrival, welcoming them onto the campsite and ensuring that all the customer’s needs are attended to during their stay.

You will need to have a good initiative and be able to resolve any problems that may occur on site efficiently and effectively.

As a Courier or Courier Couple you may, dependent on the dates available to work, also be involved in montage (putting up tents) and demontage (taking down tents) at the beginning and end of the season.

Every year we welcome staff of all ages to our overseas team. We have designated ‘Couple Sites’ and ‘Single Courier Sites’. There is also the chance to progress to a senior position within the company.
