What Happens Next

Completing Application Form 

  • If you are interested in working with Canvas Holidays then you will need to complete an application form. This can be completed on-line or by calling the Site Operations Team who are able to send out a postal pack.
  • Please ensure that you respond to all questions fully and honestly, incomplete applications will be sent back to you requesting the missing detail and so will delay application process.

Couples 

  • We can only accept one application form per person so if you are applying with a partner, you will both need to complete an application form.

Re-Applications

  • If you have worked for Canvas Holidays in the last 3 years then you are not expected to complete the full application form. Please contact the Site Operations Team who will send you a re-application form.

Once your Application form has been submitted

  • Once your application has been received we will respond to you within a maximum of 5 working days.
  • We can view your on-line application immediately once submitted, so if you would like to ensure that it has been received call the Site operations team and we can check this for you.
  • We will contact you via the post to confirm if you have been invited to interview, providing details of interview location, dates and disclosure form.
  • You may be invited for a position that is different to that you applied. If this happens it is normally due to the dates you are available to work or experience, skills and abilities required.

Interview Process

  • Interviews are held at regional locations throughout the UK in London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol and Dunfermline
  • Interviews will be completed face to face with one or two members of the Site Operations Team
  • We will respond to you within 5 working days of your interview. At this stage we will confirm whether your application has been successful, position offered, dates required for work and for full season placements the provisional campsite you have been allocated to.
  • We require you to confirm your acceptance of this offer within 10 working days
  • High season positions are not allocated to campsites until closer to their departure

  • The Canvas Holidays Site Operations Team is always here to offer support, advice and answer any queries or questions you may have, so do feel free to email or call us at any time, we are here to assist.
  • Information with regards to contracts and travel will be communicated closer to the time of your departure
